Send a survey past using the built-in email composer

Dynamics 365 Client Vocalization provides an easy mode to send your survey to multiple people through email. By using the built-in electronic mail composer, you can transport customized email invitations to your recipients and track their status.

To transport a survey by using email

  1. Open the survey and go to the Ship tab.

  2. Select Email. A default subject field line and email message appear, along with a link to your survey in the message body. Yous can modify and format the text to meet your requirements.

    Note

    If you lot've sent your survey through email once, the invitation summary is displayed. To send your survey past using email, select Resend > Email.

  3. In the Recipients field, enter the recipient'due south name or e-mail address. You can populate the Recipients field by using any of the following methods:

    • Inbound an email address manually.
    • Entering a proper noun, email address, or a distribution listing from Azure Active Directory.
    • Entering a contact or contact listing/view from Microsoft Dataverse. The contacts are populated from the environment in which your project is created.

    Note

    For a distribution grouping to be listed in the Recipients field, ensure the following:

    • When creating a group by using PowerShell, MailEnabled is set to true and SecurityEnabled is prepare to faux.
    • When creating a grouping by using Azure portal, the group blazon should not be Security.
  4. To insert the survey link into your email message, come across Insert a survey link.

The survey link is added to your e-mail message by default. Personalize the survey email

Embed a survey in an email

Format email letters

You can format your e-mail bulletin by using the formatting toolbar at the bottom of the email editor. The formatting toolbar allows you to add formatting to your text, add table and images to your e-mail message, and much more than.
